A new 5-year collective agreement with the USW6285 was implemented on January 1, 2023, building on Tacora's innovative and industry-leading compensation plan.
Tacora's total compensation package includes competitive base pay, option to participate in employer paid RRSP plan, employer paid group insurance benefits, travel benefit, northern living allowance along with other allowances and incentive plans, providing our employees with the opportunity to be the most competitively paid in the industry.
